Our Services are provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis and may evolve with feature additions or changes.
4. Account Registration
- You must create an account to use Looma. - You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. - Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
- Looma is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. - Fees are calculated as 1% of your monthly paid-ad spend, unless otherwise specified. - Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. - All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. - We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of new rates.
6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Misuse or disrupt the Services or infrastructure. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform. - Upload malicious code, bots, or scripts. - Access accounts or data that do not belong to you. - Use Looma to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
7. Data Ownership and Usage
- You retain all rights to data, creatives, and content you upload to Looma (“User Data”). - By using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your data solely for providing the Services. - We do not claim ownership over your ad accounts, creatives, or insights. - Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for improving Looma’s performance and research, never for external sale or marketing. 8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Looma, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned or licensed by Magic Pattern Inc.No rights or licenses are granted to you except as explicitly stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Looma’s content or materials.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information obtained through the use of the Services.This obligation continues even after termination of the agreement.
10. Third-Party Services
Looma may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Looma is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to ensure uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
12. Termination
You may stop using Looma at any time.We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:You breach these Terms,We are required to do so by law, orContinuation becomes commercially unviable. Upon termination, your right to use Looma ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Looma is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.Your use of Looma is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:Magic Pattern Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Looma in the past 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Pattern Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
